Camp Paddles is a family-run restaurant inspired by the magic of Lake George summers and the memories that bring people together.

At the heart of Camp Paddles are mother and daughter Robin and Mikayla. As lifelong Lake George locals, they share a passion for hospitality, community, and creating meaningful experiences. Together, they've built a place where guests can slow down, reconnect, and relive the simple joys of summer camp—whether that's gathering around the table with family, enjoying a handcrafted cocktail, or spending an afternoon on the patio with friends and four-legged companions.

Leading the culinary side of camp is Tom, whose love for the outdoors and exceptional food shapes every menu. An Eagle Scout, former waterfront director, whitewater rafting guide, and wilderness hiking guide, he brings a spirit of adventure and craftsmanship to the kitchen. From hand-crafted burgers and scratch-made favorites to creative seasonal specials, Tom's menu celebrates comfort food with an elevated camp-inspired twist.

Together, Robin, Mikayla, and Tom have created more than a restaurant—they've created a place where nostalgia, hospitality, and great food come together. Every detail of the camp-themed décor and welcoming atmosphere is designed to help guests make memories of their own.
